摘要
为了落实“慢城”理念于小城镇规划建设之中,本文通过分析“慢城”理念对道路交通规划设计的要求,对比相关现行规范体系,从交通功能、管线综合需要和美学3个方面研究了小城镇的道路红线宽度;其次结合实际经验,探讨既有规范造成河道桥梁高耸问题的竖向规划解决思路;然后针对国内小城镇普遍沿着公路发展的现状,为降低公路对小城镇的干扰,研究了对外交通规划的优化措施;最后笔者提出限制机动车的规划思路,以供同行参考.
In order to realize the application of“citta slow”concept in the construction of small towns,this paper analyzes the requirements of“citta slow”concept on road traffic planning and design,compares with the relevant current standard system,and studies the red line width of small towns from three aspects of traffic function,pipeline comprehensive needs and aesthetics;Secondly,combined with practical experience,the paper discusses the vertical planning solution to the problem of river bridge towering caused by the existing specifications;Then,in view of the current situation that domestic small towns generally develop along the highway,in order to reduce the interference of highway to small towns,the optimization measures of external traffic planning are studied;Finally,the author puts forward the planning ideas of restricting motor vehicles for reference.
