3种处理方式对玉滩水库水体中氮磷去除效果比较

摘要 锁磷剂和沉水植物常用于水质净化和生态修复工程。试验通过采用锁磷剂、沉水植物以及锁磷剂+沉水植物的方式研究玉滩水库水体氮磷去除效果。结果表明,锁磷剂试验中,浓度为2.00 mg/L的锁磷剂对总磷的去除效果最好,达到了76.9%。各种浓度的锁磷剂对总氮的去除效果不明显。4种沉水植物试验中,马来眼子菜对总磷的去除率最高,轮叶黑藻对总氮的去除率最高。锁磷剂+沉水植物试验中,4种浓度的锁磷剂结合沉水植物的方式对总磷的去除效果均比较好,其中浓度为2.00mg/L锁磷剂+轮叶黑藻的方式对总磷的去除效果最好,去除率达到84.6%,而4种结合方式对总氮的去除主要是依靠沉水植物轮叶黑藻,锁磷剂对总氮去除几乎没有效果。 Phoslock and submerged macrophytes are often used in water purification and ecological restoration projects. The effectiveness of nitrogen and phosphorus removal in Yutan Reservoir by using phoslock,submerged macrophytes,and phoslock combined with submerged macrophytes was studied. The results showed that phoslock with 2.00 mg/L concentration had the best removal rate(76.9%) on total phosphorus. The removal effect of phoslock of any concentration on total nitrogen was not obvious. Among the four submerged macrophytes,Potamogeton malainus had the highest removal rate on total phosphorus and Hydrilla verticillata had the highest removal rate on total nitrogen. The removal rate on total phosphorus by combining phoslock with submerged macrophyte was good,and phoslock with 2.00mg/L concentration combined with Hydrilla verticillata had the highest removal rate(84.6%) on total phosphorus.However,the removal of total nitrogen mainly depended on the submerged macrophyte Hydrilla verticillata,and phoslock had little effect.
