摘要
数字经济作为当前拉动经济增长的新引擎,是由其自身具有的创新性、渗透性和广覆盖性等特点所决定的。通过全面系统梳理数字经济政策、规模测度方法,从横向和纵向两个维度分析数字经济发展规律和趋势。基于包容审慎监管理念、数据驱动核心理念、多元化系统治理理念,分析我国数字经济未来政策供给趋势。
Digital economy has become a new engine of high-quality economic development due to its innovation,permeability and wide coverage.The development regularities and trends of digital economy are analyzed from both horizontal and vertical perspectives by summarizing the digital economic policies and scale measurement methods comprehensively and systematically.The future policy supply trend of China's digital economy is analyzed based on the concept of inclusive prudential supervision,data driven core concept and diversified system governance management.
