摘要
为构建适应融合发展的管理模式,推进传统出版融合发展,文章从管理创新的视角,剖析传统出版管理模式与出版融合发展不相适应之处,并以华东理工大学出版社为例,分析其从职能型组织结构到项目型组织结构的变革,创建数字选题申报制度、纸数同步制作制度、数字产品发布制度、数字销售结算制度,建立健全融合出版流程等实践,为传统出版的融合发展探索了一条可供借鉴的路径。
To construct a management mode adapted to the integrated development and promote the integrated development of traditional publishing, this paper, from the perspective of management innovation, analyzes the aspects in the traditional publishing management mode that do not fit in with the integrated development of publishing. Based on the example of East China University of Science and Technology Press, this paper demonstrates its organization structure transformation from a function-oriented type to a project-oriented one;its creation of a series of systems in topic selection for digital books, simultaneous production of paper and digital books, as well as regulation of digital product launching and sales settlement of digital products;its construction and perfection of the integrated publishing process. With all the efforts taken above, the paper endeavors to explore a mode for the traditional publishing to develop in an integrated way.
