自流式定量装车控制系统的设计与应用

摘要 火车装车自动化系统在节约成本、程控装车以及安全生产等方面起到关键作用。以某成品油装车末站定量装车控制系统改造为例,介绍了自动定量装车控制系统的设计方案,着重讨论了油品自流式定量装车时,现场关键仪表设备的选型及定量装车控制系统程序设计。运行结果表明:该系统提高了装车效率和精度,保证了安全性。 Train loading automation system play a key role in cost saving, program-controlled loading and safety production. Taking the transformation of quantitative loading control system in a producted oil loading terminal station as an example, the design scheme of automatic quantitative loading control system is introduced. The selection of key instruments and program design of quantitative loading control system are stressed when oil products are loaded by gravity flow. The operation results show that the loading efficiency and accuracy are improved, the safety is ensured.
