数字交付与工厂运维衔接优化方案研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对石化行业数字化交付到智能化工厂建设过程中,存在工厂运维信息孤岛、数据交付与应用脱节等问题,提出了数字化工厂与智能工厂的衔接方案。从数字化建设发展出发,提出了数据同源、应用数据与工程数据转化、流转等解决方案的措施,保证了数据源准确性,提升了交付数据的应用率和数字化交付水平,同时对工程服务企业交付过程中所发挥的作用提出了具体建议。 Aiming at problems such as isolated information of plant operation and maintenance, disconnection between data delivery and application in the process of digital delivery to intelligent factory construction in petrochemical industry, the linkage scheme between digital factory and intelligent factory is put forward. From the perspective of digital construction and development, some solutions such as data homology, application data and engineering data conversion and circulation are put forward to ensure the accuracy of data sources, improve the application rate of delivered data and the level of digital delivery. At the same time, specific suggestions are put forward for the role of engineering service enterprises in the delivery process.
