从“培土生金”视角看慢性阻塞性肺疾病中医肺康复

From the Perspective of "Peitu Shengjin" to View the Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pulmonary Rehabilitation in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目前,国内应用中医综合肺康复治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)稳定期的研究已不鲜见,且取得了确切的疗效。但COPD的具体中医分型及其相应的肺康复措施的报道鲜有见闻。作者主要着眼于以“培土生金”理论治疗COPD稳定期肺脾气虚型的中医肺康复综合方案,通过分析“培土生金”的理论内涵,探讨COPD稳定期具体证型的中医综合肺康复治疗方案的未来发展方向。

At present,there are many domestic studies on the application of Chinese medicine comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in stable stage,and definite curative effects have been achieved.However,there are few reports on the specific TCM classification of COPD and its corresponding pulmonary rehabilitation measures.The author mainly focuses on the comprehensive TCM pulmonary rehabilitation program for treating COPD patients with spleen-spleen deficiency in the stable stage of COPD based on the theory of “Peitu Shengjin” in the future direction of the program.
