舌诊客观化研究在胃肠道疾病中的应用

Research Survey of Objectification of Tongue Diagnosis in Gastrointestinal Diseases

舌象作为中医望诊之一,是中医临床诊查疾病获取信息的重要手段,为中医辨证提供较为重要的客观依据。舌象与消化系统中的胃肠道关系最为密切,结合诸多研究者对舌诊客观化与胃肠道疾病的分析,并从“舌表面测色研究、舌脱落细胞、舌苔微生态、舌象与胃镜像”4个方面探讨近5年胃肠道不同疾病与舌诊客观化的相关性。目前的研究存在以下问题:涉及胃肠道疾病研究的病种范围小,大多围绕慢性萎缩性胃炎展开,并且普遍样本量小,结果缺乏充分依据;舌诊客观化参数的检测指标缺乏统一标准,难以形成规律性结论;一些客观化研究结论仅是临床数据观察性的分类结果,缺乏创新性。今后,可针对性地建立智能数据库及舌诊研究信息平台,共享研究成果;在舌象客观化分析上进行详细分类和统一的标准;加强舌象诊断在临床中的创新性研究、多元化病种的研究、动态性观察研究,为胃肠道疾病舌诊客观化提供新思路。

Tongue image,as one of TCM observation diagnosis,is an important means to obtain information in TCM clinical diagnosis of diseases,and provides an important objective basis for TCM syndrome differentiation.The tongue image is most closely related to the gastrointestinal tract in the digestive system.Combined with the analysis of the objectification of tongue diagnosis and gastrointestinal diseases by many researchers,and from “tongue surface color measurement research,tongue exfoliation cells,tongue coating micro-ecology,tongue image” To explore the correlation between different diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and the objectification of tongue diagnosis in the past 5 years.The current research has the following problems:the range of diseases involved in gastrointestinal disease research is small,most of which focus on chronic atrophic gastritis,and the sample size is generally small,and the results lack sufficient basis;the detection indicators of the objective parameters of tongue diagnosis lack uniform standards.It is difficult to form regular conclusions;some objective research conclusions are only the observational classification results of clinical data and lack innovation.In the future,intelligent databases and tongue diagnosis research information platforms can be established in a targeted manner to share research results;detailed classification and unified standards can be carried out on the objective analysis of tongue images;In order to provide new ideas for the objectification of tongue diagnosis of gastrointestinal diseases.
