闽台药王金线莲临床应用刍议

Humble Opinion about Clinical Application of the King of Medicine Anoctochilus Roxborghii (Wall.) Lindl.in Fujian and Taiwan province

目的:金线莲作为闽台特色中草药,民间临床应用广泛,素有“药王”“鸟人参”之称;该文试从近年闽台金线莲现代临床研究着手,为综合开发应用金线莲资源提供依据。方法:通过三大全文数据库及近现代本草著作的检索,辑录关于金线莲的功效主治及临床应用。结论:金线莲味甘、性平,凉,具有清热凉血、祛风除湿解毒等功效,主要用于肺热咳嗽、咳血等呼吸系统疾病;风湿性及类风湿性关节炎等免疫系统疾病;尚见用于糖尿病、小儿急惊风、黄疸、高尿酸血症等疾患。

Objective:As a characteristic Chinese herbal medicine in Fujian and Taiwan,clematis has been widely used in folk clinics and is known as the “king of medicine” and “bird ginseng”.Clematis resources provide the basis.Methods:Through the retrieval of three major full-text databases and modern and modern materia medica works,the efficacy,indications and clinical applications of clematis were compiled.Conclusion:Clematis is sweet,flat and cool in nature.It has the functions of clearing heat and cooling blood,expelling wind,removing dampness and detoxification.It is mainly used for respiratory diseases such as lung-heat cough and hemoptysis;Diseases;it is still used for diabetes,acute convulsions in children,jaundice,hyperuricemia and other diseases.
