“咸味药”在慢性肾脏病治疗中的应用

摘要 慢性肾衰竭是一种肾脏病科常见的的临床综合征,历代中医学家对其病因及治疗分析皆有独到见解。《黄帝内经》认为,五味之中,咸味与肾脏病关系最为密切。中医学认为,慢性肾衰竭为痰瘀瘀结肾络而形成“肾络微型癥瘕”,“肾络微型癥瘕”作为慢性肾脏病重要病因病机为“咸味药”治疗慢性肾脏病提供坚实理论依据。古今医家亦喜在肾衰病中加入“咸味药”,“咸味药”具有的软坚散结、活血通络、润下、温肾益精等作用对肾脏病颇具疗效。 Chronic renal failure is a common clinical syndrome in the department of nephrology,and traditional Chinese medicine scientists have unique insights into its etiology and treatment.“Huangdi Neijing” believes that among the five flavors,salty taste is most closely related to kidney disease.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that chronic renal failure is caused by phlegm,blood stasis and blood stasis and the formation of “kidney-collateral micro-symptoms”.solid theoretical basis.Physicians of ancient and modern times also like to add “salty herbs” to kidney failure.“Salty herbs” have the functions of softening firmness and dispersing knots,promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals,moistening the lower body,warming the kidney and replenishing the essence,which are quite curative for kidney disease.
