张念志从虚论治间质性肺炎经验

Experience of ZHANG Nianzhi’s in Treating Interstitial Pneumonia from the Theory of Deficiency

间质性肺炎是一种表现为肺泡腔内炎症、肺泡结构紊乱、继而肺泡壁增厚,最终导致肺纤维化的难治性疾病,目前西医对于该病的治疗仍然存在一定的局限性。张念志教授为安徽省首届名中医、江淮名医,国家中医药管理局重点学科中医肺病学科带头人,从医30载,临证经验丰富,在运用传统中医中药治疗间质性肺病方面具有独到的见解。张教授认为间质性肺炎可归于中医“肺痿”范畴,病因病机关键在于肺肾亏虚,其病位在“肺”,与“脾肾”密切相关,病理因素为“虚、痰、瘀”,临证当从“虚”而治,以“补虚、活血、化痰”为法,选用麦味地黄丸加减进行治疗,临床效果明显。

Interstitial pneumonia is a refractory disease manifested by intra-alveolar inflammation,alveolar structural disorder,and then alveolar wall thickening,which eventually leads to pulmonary fibrosis.At present,western medicine still has certain limitations for the treatment of this disease.ZHANG Nianzhi is the first famous Traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Anhui Province,the famous doctor in Jianghuai River,and the leader of the key subject of Traditional Chinese medicine lung disease subject of state Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.He has been in medicine for 30 years and has rich clinical experience.He has unique insights in the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of interstitial lung disease.ZHANG says interstitial pneumonia can be attributed to the traditional Chinese medicine“lung impotent”category,etiology and pathogenesis is the key to lung and kidney deficiency,the disease in the“lung”,closely related to the spleen and kidney,pathological factors of“deficiency,phlegm,blood stasis,“clinical as from“virtual”and rule,to tonify deficiency,blood,phlegm“as the method,selection of wheat flavour of rehmannia pill for treatment,clinical effect is obvious.
