摘要
目的:观察麻杏石甘汤联合诱导排痰技术治疗支原体感染致风热闭肺型肺炎喘嗽的临床疗效及对炎症因子的影响。方法:选取支原体感染致风热闭肺型肺炎喘嗽的80例患儿,采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组各40例。对照组予以西医综合治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上予以麻杏石甘汤口服联合诱导排痰技术治疗。2组均以治疗7d为1个疗程。比较2组治疗有效率、中医症候积分改善、临床症状体征改善、住院治疗时间及不良反应情况;比较2组治疗前后炎症因子(IL-6、IL-10、IL-1β、WBC、CRP)水平。结果:治疗后实验组有效率为92.70%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义;实验组中医各项症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。临床症状体征改善时间优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,2组均未出现不良反应,差异无统计学意义。治疗后2组炎症指标均明显下降,但实验组下降更显著,差异具有统计学意义。结论:麻杏石甘汤联合诱导排痰技术治疗支原体感染致风热闭肺型肺炎喘嗽疗效显著,可明显改善临床症状,下调炎症因子水平,加快肺组织炎症的修复与内皮细胞结构与功能恢复。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Maxing Shigan decoction combined with induced phlegm-expectation technique in the treatment of wind-heat closed lung type pneumonia and asthma caused by mycoplasma infection and its effect on inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 80 children with wind-heat closed lung type pneumonia and asthma caused by mycoplasma infection were selected and divided into experimental group and control group with 40 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was given comprehensive western medicine treatment,and the experimental group was given Maxing Shigan decoction orally combined with induced phlegm-expectation technique on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 7 days as a course of treatment.The treatment effective rate,TCM symptom score improvement,clinical symptoms and signs improvement,hospitalization time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups;the levels of inflammatory factors (IL-6,IL-10,IL-1β,WBC,CRP) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was 92.70%,which was higher than 75.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The improvement time of clinical symptoms and signs was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.There were no adverse reactions in the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant.After treatment,the inflammatory indexes in both groups decreased significantly,but the decrease in the experimental group was more significant,and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Maxing Shigan decoction combined with induced sputum expectoration has a significant effect on the treatment of wind-heat closed lung type pneumonia and asthma caused by mycoplasma infection,which can significantly improve clinical symptoms,down-regulate the level of inflammatory factors,and accelerate the repair of inflammation in lung tissue and the structure and function of endothelial cells.recover.
