针刺治疗小卵泡排卵不孕症(肾气虚证)疗效观察

Curative Effect of Acupuncture in Treating Infertility with Small Follicle Ovulation (Kidney Qi Deficiency)

目的:观察针刺技术治疗肾气虚证小卵泡排卵不孕症的临床疗效。方法:将100例符合肾气虚证小卵泡排卵不孕症诊断的患者,按照随机数字表法,随机分为针刺治疗组50例,西药对照组50例,观察2组患者治疗肾气虚证小卵泡排卵不孕症的临床效果。结果:治疗后最大卵泡直径比较,治疗组大于对照组(P<0.05);两组中医肾气虚证候积分比较,治疗后治疗组<对照组,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后子宫内膜容受性指标比较,治疗组评分>对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺治疗可增强卵泡发育潜能,可缓解肾气虚的一系列症状,并改善子宫内膜厚度、形态及血流以更利于胚胎着床。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on the infertility of small follicle ovulation with kidney-Qi deficiency syndrome.Methods:100 patients who were in line with the diagnosis of small follicular ovulation infertility with kidney-Qi deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into an acupuncture treatment group of 50 cases and a western medicine control group of 50 cases according to the random number table method.Clinical effects of follicular ovulation infertility.Results:After treatment,the maximum follicle diameter in the treatment group was larger than that in the control group (P<0.05);in the comparison of TCM kidney-Qi deficiency syndrome scores between the two groups,the treatment group was less than the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).;Comparison of endometrial receptivity indexes after treatment,the score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment can enhance the developmental potential of follicles,relieve a series of symptoms of kidney Qi deficiency,and improve the thickness,shape and blood flow of endometrial,which is more conducive to embryo implantation.
