摘要
目的:观察噻托溴铵联合多索茶碱治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的效果。方法:选取66例COPD患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组各33例。对照组采用多索茶碱治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合噻托溴铵治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后肺功能指标[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、FEV_(1)/FVC]水平和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.96%(32/33),高于对照组的75.76%(25/33),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组FVC、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6.06%(2/33),低于对照组的27.27%(9/33),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:噻托溴铵联合多索茶碱治疗COPD患者可提高治疗总有效率和肺功能指标水平,以及降低不良反应发生率,其效果优于单纯多索茶碱治疗。
Objective: To observe effects of Tiotropium bromide powder combined with Doxofylline in treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods: 66 COPD patients were selected as the research objects, and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Doxofylline, while the observation group was treated with Tiotropium bromide powder on the basis of that of the control group. The clinical efficacy, the pulmonary function index levels [forced vital capacity(FVC), forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV_(1)), FEV_(1)/FVC] and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.96%(32/33), which was higher than that the control group of 75.76%(25/33), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the treatment, the levels of FVC, FEV_(1), and FEV_(1)/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Further, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.06%(2/33), which was lower than 27.27(9/33) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Doxofylline combined with tiotropium bromide powder in the treatment of the COPD patients can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the levels of pulmonary function indexes, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. I Moreover,it is superior to single Doxofylline treatment.
