计算机辅助数字化模型联合3D打印导板定位应用于骨盆骨折修复术患者的效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察计算机辅助数字化模型联合3D打印导板定位应用于骨盆骨折修复术患者的效果。方法:选取120例骨盆骨折手术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组行常规骨盆骨折修复术治疗,观察组行计算机辅助数字化模型联合3D打印导板定位骨盆骨折修复术治疗。比较两组骨折复位优良率、手术相关指标水平和并发症发生率。结果:观察组骨折复位优良率为98.33%,高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、切口愈合时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为1.67%,低于对照组的15.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:计算机辅助数字化模型联合3D打印导板定位骨盆骨折修复术治疗骨盆骨折患者可提高骨折复位优良率,缩短手术时间和术后切口愈合时间,减少术中出血量,以及降低并发症发生率,优于常规骨盆骨折修复术治疗效果。 Objective: To observe effects of computer-aided digital model combined with 3D printing guide positioning in patients with pelvic fracture repair. Methods: 120 patients with pelvic fracture surgeries were selected as the research objects and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional pelvic fracture repair, while the observation group was treated with computer-aided digital model combined with 3D printing guide plate positioning for pelvic fracture repair. The excellent and good rate of fracture reduction, the levels of surgery-related indicators and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results: The excellent and good rate of fracture reduction in the observation group was 98.33%, which was higher than the control group of 86.67%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The operation time and the postoperative wound healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group;the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Further, the incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.67%, which was lower than 15.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Computer-aided digital model combined with 3D printing guide for pelvic fracture repair in the treatment of the patients with pelvic fractures can improve the excellent and good rate of fracture reduction, shorten the operation time and the postoperative incision healing time, reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss, and reduce the incidence of complications. Moreover, it is superior to conventional pelvic fracture repair.
