电气线路互联系统安全性设计与分析方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 CCAR-25-R4版第25.1709条专门对电气线路互联系统提出了安全性评估要求,目前还未形成一个系统的安全性评估方法,影响着我国军民用飞机适航取证。依据第25.1309条的安全性评估要求,对第25.1709条进行了解读,结合军民用飞机设计的具体工作,建立了安全性设计与分析流程,并拓展了安全性验证技术,能够有效地识别EWIS存在的潜在安全隐患。通过制定合理有效的缓解措施,避免安全隐患的发生,为适航审定提供了支持和证明。结合反推装置系统为案例,探索研究了电气线路互联系统在安全性方面定量与定性分析的工程应用方法。结果表明:提出的EWIS安全性设计与分析方法,能够有效识别EWIS对飞机构成的安全隐患,可以指导EWIS整体架构的安全性设计。 A safety assessment for electrical wiring interconnection system(EWIS)was required,since the 4th revision of CCAR-25.At present,there is no systematic safety assessment method,which affects the airworthiness certification of military and civil aircraft.According to the safety assessment requirements,the requirements of new regulation 25.1709 were interpreted.Combining with the current situation of military and civil aircraft,the safety design and analysis method was established,and the safety verification technology was expanded,which can effectively identify the potential safety hazards of EWIS.Through the development of reasonable and effective mitigation to avoid the occurrence of the potential safety hazards,it can provide support and certification for airworthiness.Taking the thrust reverse system as an example,the safety application method of quantitative and qualitative for EWIS was explored.The results show that the proposed EWIS safety design and analysis method can effectively identify the potential safety hazards,and guide the safety design of EWIS.
