摘要
为解决某火炮方向机齿轮疲劳寿命预测缺乏载荷依据的问题,以方向机电机输出齿轮及其从动齿轮为研究对象,通过有限元模态分析获得齿轮模态中性文件,导入RecurDyn软件对刚性齿轮进行柔性化处理,利用RFlex方法建立啮合齿轮刚柔耦合多体动力学模型,通过step函数在齿轮转动副上分别施加转速及负载扭矩驱动函数,仿真计算得到柔性齿轮瞬时转速、动态啮合力以及齿面接触应力等动态载荷数据,通过与理论值对比验证了仿真模型的准确性。在此基础上,采用雨流计数方法对工作中齿轮根部危险节点动态啮合力时间历程数据进行统计分析,编制了齿轮8级程序应力谱,可以为后续齿轮疲劳寿命预测及动态寿命管理研究提供数据支撑。
In order to solve the problem of lack of load basis for the fatigue life prediction of a certain artillery steering gear, the output gear of steering gear and its driven gear were taken as the research objects, and the gear modal neutral file was obtained through finite element modal analysis, and imported into RecurDyn software to generate flexiblegears, and the RFlex method was used to establish a rigid-flexible coupled multi-body dynamics model of the meshing gear. The speed and load torque driving functions were respectively applied to the gear rotating joint through the step function, and the instantaneous speed, dynamic meshing force and the dynamic load data such as tooth surface contact stress were compared with the theoretical values to verify the accuracy of the simulation model. On this basis, the rainflow counting method was used to statistically analyze the time history data of the dynamic meshing force of the dangerous node at the root of the gear during operation,and an 8-level gear program load spectrum was compiled. The load spectrum can provide data support for subsequent gear fatigue life prediction and dynamic life management research.
