基于耐热刻痕取向硅钢的S15型立体卷铁心变压器研制 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国取向硅钢技术不断进步,国产耐热刻痕取向硅钢在开发和生产方面取得了突破性进展。同时,立体卷铁心作为先进的变压器铁心结构,以节能、节材、环保和安全可靠等优点,代表变压器未来发展方向,近年来在电力、新能源、整流、轨道交通、电炉、电抗器等领域蓬勃发展。基于我国自主研发的耐热刻痕取向硅钢,以立体卷铁心为研究对象,经过多种设计方案的反复验证,对产品关键部件进行结构性仿真分析,并结合立体卷铁心特有的设备及工艺进行研究,成功研制出10 kV电压等级、S15型油浸式立体卷铁心变压器。产品的空载损耗较GB20052-2013《三相配电变压器能效限定值及能效等级》的1级能效限定值降低约32%,负载损耗降低约18%,噪声水平低至32 dB,为“双碳”目标的实现以及“变压器能效提升计划”的进一步实施提供新型绿色低碳电力设备。 With the continuous progress of Chinese oriented silicon steel technology, domestic heat-resistant oriented silicon steel has made breakthroughs in development and production. In the meanwhile, as an advanced transformer core structure, the 3D wound core represents the future direction of the transformer with the advantages of energy saving, material saving, environmental protection and safety and reliability,and has been booming in the fields of electric power, new energy, rectifier, rail transit, electric furnace, reactor and so on in recent years. Based on the heat-resistant scored oriented silicon steel independently developed in China, taking the three-dimensional wound core as the research object, through the repeated verification of various design schemes, the structural simulation analysis of the key components of the product was carried out, and the research was carried out in combination with the unique equipment and process of the three-dimensional wound core. The10 kV voltage grade S15 oil immersed three-dimensional wound core transformer was successfully developed. Compared with the level 1energy efficiency parameters of GB20052-2013 "Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Threephase Distribution Transformer ", the no-load loss of the product is about 32% lower, and the load loss is about 18% lower, and the noise level is as low as 32 dB. It provides a new green and low-carbon power equipment for the realization of the "carbon peak and carbon neutrality" goal and the further implementation of the "transformer energy efficiency improvement plan".
