摘要
介绍了一种利用嵌入式微处理器和变频调速器为核心器件构成的数字化砂石料配料装置。通过变频调速器直接驱动原有配料机落料电机,以实现单一砂石料落料量的电子调节;若干个变频调速器都设置成外部电压控制频率模式,并统一由微处理器协同控制,从而组成一个由微处理器集中控制的、砂石料总量、砂石比例等参数动态可调的砂石配料系统。与原来的模拟方式控制的配料机相比较,数字化控制的砂石料配料机具有控制方式灵活性强、可靠性和稳定性高、控制性能提高、成本低等优点。作为应用实例,还介绍了这种配料装置在迷彩型彩石金属瓦生产中的套色原理和方法,给出砂石套层厚度、迷彩条纹的疏密度等参数的调节方法。
Taking the embedded micro controller unit(MCU) and variable frequency inverters(VFI) as the core devices, a digital stone-chip dynamic proportion mixer was presented. The conventional feeding motors were directly driven by the VFIs, and all of the VFIs were coordinated by the embed MCU. All of the feeding parameters such as the total amount of the stone chips and proportion of several different stone chips could be dynamically adjusted by changing the speed of the feeding motors via the prior designed programs in the MCU. Compared with the original analog controlled stone-chip mixer, the digital controlled stone-chip mixer had many advantages such as better flexibility,high reliability and stability, increased system performance, deduced system cost. As an example of application, the coating principle and the coating parameters such as the thickness of the coating layer and the color-widths of different stone-chips in a camouflage stone-chip coated metal roof tiles were also presented.
