摘要 随着工业4.0的快速发展,钢材行业对自动化立体仓库的需求越来越大,对堆垛机的要求也越来越高。大型钢板具有尺寸大、重量高的特点,针对钢板的这一特点,研发了一种钢板自动存取设备ETV,即重型堆垛机。首先,详细地介绍了钢板库ETV的总体方案和工作原理。然后,重点阐述了各部件的组成、设计方法和设计要点。进一步分析了ETV的优点,针对现有问题提出了解决方案。搬运器的创新设计,解决了现有重型堆垛机对货架要求高的问题,货架不需要增加无动力滚筒,有效地降低了货架的制造成本和安装难度。挂钩机构的研发,解决了装卸载时,载货台垂直坐标发生变化,定位不准的问题。该技术的研发,为其他超大、超重货物的自动存取设备的开发提供了很好的参考和依据。 Along with the rapid development of the industry 4.0, there is a bigger and bigger demand for the automatic warehouse in steel industry, and the demand of stacker is higher and higher. Aiming at the characteristics of large size and high weight of steel plate, ETV which is a kind of automatic storage equipment of steel plate was developed. It was also known as a heavy load stacker. First of all, overall scheme and operating principle of the ETV for steel plate were introduced. Then, the structural composition, design method and design points of parts were stated mainly. Furthermore, advantage of the ETV was analysed. And the solutions to the existing problems were proposed. The problem which the existing heavy load stacker has high requirements on the shelf was solved by designing of transfer vehicle. And unpowered drum wasn′t mounted on the shelf. Manufacturing costs and installation difficulty were reduced effectively. The problem which vertical coordinate of cage was changed and position of cage was incorrect at the time for loading and unloading was solved by developing of hook mechanism. The research and development of the technology provides reference and basis for development of automatic storage equipment of other very large and overweight goods.
