摘要
为了提高水利水电工程耙斗式清污机对不同布置、型式的适应性,解决清污机及其零部件设计效率低和单件生产成本高的问题,应用非标机械的模块化、系列化设计原理,针对液压耙斗式清污机提出了基于模块划分、模块设计、模块装配的模块化设计理念和基于关键参数驱动的系列化设计方法,结合水利水电工程清污的特点、清污机的使用情况和标准要求,介绍了关键模块设计思路、要求以及清污机系列化设计参数。通过工程应用表明,经模块化设计、应用三维设计软件对不同模块进行组合和装配,可形成门式、台车式和悬挂式等不同型式的液压耙斗式清污机,提高了清污机对不同布置的适应性;通过对零部件进行模块化设计,大大提高了设计效率和零部件的通用性,降低了制造和维护成本;经系列化设计,可快速构建规格完整的产品体系。
In order to improve the adaptability of the rake bucket type trash cleaning machine in water conservancy and hydropower projects to different arrangements and types, and to solve the problems of low design efficiency and high production cost of the trash cleaning machine and its parts, the modular design concept based on module division, module design and module assembly and the serial design method based on key parameter drive were proposed for the hydraulic rake bucket type trash cleaning machine by applying the modular and serial design principle of non-standard machinery. Combined with the characteristics of water conservancy and hydropower projects, the use and standard requirements of the trash remover, the design ideas and requirements of key modules and the serialized design parameters of the trash remover were introduced. The application of dozens of projects shows that through modular design and the combination and assembly of different modules with three-dimensional design software, different types of hydraulic scraper trash cleaning machines such as gantry, trolley and suspension can be formed, which improves the adaptability of the trash cleaning machine to different arrangements. Through the modular design of parts and components, the design efficiency and universality of parts and components are greatly improved, and the manufacturing and maintenance costs are reduced. Through series design, the product system with complete specifications can be quickly built.
