摘要
环境温度下的漏风量和耐火性能是排烟防火阀门的两个重要性能指标,必须使用稳定可靠的系统对两项指标进行测试才能得到准确的测量值。设计排烟防火阀门耐火试验系统进行环境温度下的漏风量和耐火性能试验,通过试验验证系统的稳定性与准确性。搭建排烟防火阀门耐火试验系统,通过遗传算法GA对PID参数进行优化并在MATLAB中仿真分析,实现了系统对温度、压力两项指标的稳定控制。使用不同形状、尺寸的阀门进行试验,8组试验结果表明,系统实际温度曲线与标准曲线拟合范围为0.96~0.98,拟合度高;压力保持在15~22 Pa,达到标准规定的要求。设计并搭建的试验系统可用于排烟防火阀门的漏风量与耐火性能试验,具有一定的实用价值。
The air leakage and fire resistance under ambient temperature are two important performance indexes of smoke exhaust fire damper.The accurate measured values can only be obtained by testing the two indexes with a stable and reliable system. The fire resistance test system of smoke exhaust fire damper was designed to test the air leakage and fire resistance under ambient temperature, and the stability and accuracy of the system were verified through the test. The fire resistance test system of smoke exhaust and fire valve was built. The PID parameters were optimized by genetic algorithm GA and simulated and analyzed in MATLAB. The stable control of temperature and pressure was realized, and the valves with different shapes and sizes were used for the test. 8 groups of test results show that the fitting range between the actual temperature curve and the standard curve is 0.96 ~ 0.98, and the fitting degree is high. The pressure shall be kept at 15 ~ 22 Pa to meet the requirements specified in the standard. The test system designed and built can be used for air leakage and fire resistance test of smoke exhaust and fire damper, and has certain practical value.
