摘要 轨道交通空调用冷凝电机及蒸发电机达到五级修时,为保证不因电机部件故障而导致空调系统的正常运行,按照修程修制需要更换轴承等部件。而拆解下来的轴承等部件经检测后仍有大部分可正常使用,为降低运营维护成本,同时又保证空调系统的稳定运行,因此需要对四级修电机以及五级修电机进行剩余寿命评估。为此,选择一批新品、四级修及五级修的冷凝电机及蒸发电机进行性能测试及拆解。四级修及五级修电机除了内部结构尺寸差异,内部轴承锈蚀以及润滑油脂的氧化,新品与不同修程的冷凝电机及蒸发电机的温升或振动等参数相比,具有退化的趋势。因此,对冷凝电机及蒸发电机的振动及温升进行退化分析,根据振动参数的阈值计算得到冷凝电机的新品寿命约为12.8年,四级修剩余寿命为8.8年,五级修剩余寿命为4.8年;根据温升参数的阈值计算得到蒸发电机新品的寿命约为15.8年,四级修剩余寿命为11.8年,五级修剩余寿命为7.8年。通过对电机的寿命估计,为电机的使用及维修提供了参考依据。 When the condensing motor and evaporation motor used in rail transit air conditioning reaches grade 5 repair, bearings and other parts need to be replaced according to the repair program in order to ensure that the normal operation of air conditioning system will not be caused by the failure of motor parts. However, most of the disassembled bearings and other components can still be used normally after testing.In order to reduce operation and maintenance costs and ensure the stable operation of the air conditioning system, it is necessary to evaluate the remaining life of the four-stage and five-stage repair motors. For this reason, a batch of new, four level repair and five level repair condensation motor and evaporation motor were selected to carry out performance test and disassembly. In addition to the size difference of internal structure,corrosion of internal bearing and oxidation of lubricating grease, grade 4 and grade 5 repair motors, the new and different repair process condensation motor and evaporation motor temperature rise or vibration parameters, compared with the trend of degradation. Therefore, the degradation analysis of vibration and temperature rise of condensing motor and evaporating motor was carried out. According to the threshold value of vibration parameters, the new life of the condensing motor is about 12.8 years, the remaining life of the four-stage repair is 8.8 years,and the remaining life of the five-stage repair is 4.8 years. According to the threshold value of temperature rise parameters, the life of the new evaporative motor is about 15.8 years, the remaining life of the four-stage repair is 11.8 years, and the remaining life of the five-stage repair is7.8 years. Through the life estimation of the motor, it provides a reference for the use and maintenance of the motor motors.
