世界职业女子足球发展现状与启示——基于2021《国际足联基准报告女子足球》

Development Status and Enlightenment of World Professional Women’s Football:Based on 2021 FIFA Benchmarking Report:Women’s Football

运用文献资料、数理统计法,以国际足联2021年发布的《国际足联基准报告女子足球》为依据,从人力资源、制度、财政等方面,对全球职业女子足球运动发展现状进行梳理,指出我国职业女子足球运动存在人力资源培养系统不完善、制度体系不健全、球迷参与度不高、财政收支不平衡等问题。建议:加大人才培养力度,增强女子足球运动竞争力;完善体制建设,助力女子足球职业化道路演进;树立以服务球迷为本的经营理念,促进俱乐部与球迷和谐发展;改善女子足球资金状况、实现俱乐部可持续发展。

According to the FIFA Benchmarking Report: Women’s Football issued by FIFA in 2021, the paper emphasizes the development status of the global professional women’s football from the aspects of human resources, system, finance, etc. Professional women’s football has problems including imperfect human resources training system, institutional system, low fan participation, and unbalanced revenue and expenditure. Recommendation: enhance training programs of the talents, increase the competitiveness of women football;improve the system construction to help the evolution of women’s football professionalism;build a fan-oriented business philosophy to promote the harmonious development of football club and fans;improve the funding of women football to achieve the sustainable development of the club.
