摘要
“双减”政策推行后,课后延时服务成为中小学校减轻学生负担的主要形式。目前,我国体育课后延时服务的开展面临诸多困境,如师资缺口有待填补、考评体系尚未完善、教育趋势不公加重、收费标准不尽合理等。通过逻辑分析法、文献资料法从历史发展进程对美国ASPs计划进行归纳与分析,借鉴思路包括通过开展延时服务岗前培训,引进多元主体参与缩小师生配比;发挥考评制度理论功能,创新教学评价模式;营造体育延时服务公平教育环境,发挥政府主导作用;打破体育延时服务单一资金壁垒,实现多元主体协同构建。旨在为长期实施“双减”政策、提升体育延时服务质量及中小学生身体健康水平提供参考。
After the implementation of the "double reduction" policy, after-school delay service has become the main form of reducing students’ burden in primary and secondary schools, and physical education. However, at present, the development of after-class delay service of P.E. in China faces many difficulties: the gap of teachers needs to be filled, the evaluation system is not perfect, the trend of unfair education is aggravated, the charging standard is unreasonable. Therefore, through the method of logical analysis and literature, this paper summarizes and analyzes the ASPs program in the United States from the historical development process. The reference ideas include the pre-job training of delayed service, introducing multiple subjects to reduce the ratio of teachers and students.Give full play to the theoretical function of evaluation system and innovate teaching evaluation mode. Create a fair educational environment for sports services and give play to the leading role of the government. Break the single capital barrier of sports delay service and realize the collaborative construction of multiple subjects. It can provide a reference for the long-term implementation of the "double reduction" policy, improving the quality of sports service and the health level of primary and secondary schools.
