新媒介文化视域下成人学习的危机表征与优化路径

摘要 媒介文化的变迁使成人学习方式更加自主化、学习自由更加扩大化、学习内容更加丰富化。新媒介文化在给成人学习带来便捷的同时也使其面临着认知障碍丛生、学习自由受限、价值取向失衡等问题。基于此,应规治网络学习资源、强化个体学习策略、坚持网络自律与他律、构建网络趣缘群体认同与明确媒介文化价值定位,“内”与“外”多管齐下,共同推进成人学习活动的顺利开展。 The change in media culture makes adult learning methods more autonomous, learning freedom more expanded, and learning content more enriched. While new media culture brings convenience to adult learning, it also faces problems such as cognitive impairment, limited learning freedom and imbalance of value orientation. Based on this, it is necessary to regulate online learning resources, strengthen individual learning strategies, adhere to Internet self-discipline and heteronomy, build network interest group identity and clarify the value orientation of media culture, and jointly promote the smooth development of adult learning activities from the “inside” and “outside”.
