冷却塔机房噪声测量及物理封堵降噪效果评估

摘要 对冷却塔机房噪声源进行声学分析,并基于声学分析的结果,以数个敏感点的声压值为考核指标对机房进行整体降噪处理。在对机房进行缝隙封堵、增设降噪片后,取得了符合设计要求的降噪效果。结果表明,噪声敏感点的声压值由85 dB(A)降低到53 dB(A)。 This paper provided a study on the noise analysis for cooling tower station by acoustic analysis.Based on acoustic analysis results,a whole noise reduction process is carried out for the station and the sound pressure value of several sensitive points is taken as the evaluation indies.Using the gap sealing,adding noise reduction film,the noise level was reduced to an achievable level as design requirement.Testing results showed that the sound pressure of the noise sensitive point decreases from 85 dB(A)to 53 dB(A).
