通过分析降雨量大对农村房屋的影响,以垣曲县受灾房屋为例,对农村房屋承灾风险进行分析。针对屋顶、墙体、边坡和地面提出了一些山区房屋雨水灾害预防维护措施,以提高农房建筑的承灾能力。

By analyzing the impact of heavy rainfall on rural houses,taking the disaster stricken houses in Yuanqu County as an example,this paper analyzes the disaster risk of rural houses. The building maintenance measures for roof,wall,slope and ground are put forward to improve the disaster bearing capacity of rural housing buildings.
