摘要
混凝土在生产过程中,其原材料性能会发生变化,对混凝土材料的各种性能有重要影响,需要进行调整,而调整的目的最重要的是在水胶比一定的前提下,保证良好的工作性。在混凝土工作性稳定的前提下,统计和实测原材料技术参数和混凝土配合比技术参数,并采用数理统计手段分析参数,结果表明:技术参数均基本符合正态分布规律。除此之外,浅析砂浆流动度与混凝土坍落度的关系,并提出砂浆流动度的应用方向。
In the production process of concrete, the performance of raw materials will change, which has an important impact on the various properties of concrete materials and needs to be adjusted. The most important purpose of adjustment is to ensure good workability under the premise of a certain water-binder ratio. In this paper, on the premise of stable workability of concrete, the technical parameters of raw materials and concrete mix are counted and measured, and the parameters are analyzed by mathematical statistics. The results show that the technical parameters are basically in line with the normal distribution law. In addition, the relationship between mortar fluidity and concrete slump is analyzed, and the application direction of mortar fluidity is proposed.
