关键链技术下地铁项目施工缓冲区优化研究

摘要 缓冲区的确定关系到整个地铁施工项目的时间进度。目前,国外和国内学者对研究关键链技术的兴趣较浓厚,而对缓冲区的确定方法仍缺乏进一步深入。通过分析前人研究的内容,结合地铁施工项目实际进展提出与进度吻合的缓冲区确定方法。首先,结合分段模糊工期研究缓冲区时间大小;其次,考虑不确定影响因素计算资源综合约束系数;最后提出符合地铁施工项目的缓冲区确定方法,并通过案例对提出的方法进行说明。 The determination of the buffer zone is related to the time schedule of the entire subway construction project. At present, foreign and domestic scholars are more interested in researching critical chain technology, but there is still a lack of further in-depth methods to determine the buffer zone. This article will analyze the content of previous studies and combine the actual progress of the subway construction project to propose a buffer determination method that is consistent with the schedule. First, study the size of the buffer zone in combination with the segmented fuzzy construction period, secondly, consider the uncertain factors to calculate the comprehensive resource constraint coefficient, finally, the method for determining the buffer zone in accordance with the subway construction project is proposed, and the proposed method is explained through a case.
