摘要
为确定预制T梁智能张拉效果,通过开展试验分析张拉过程中梁体预拱度和钢绞线伸长量变化情况,与传统张拉技术进行对比分析。通过分析试验数据,采用智能张拉技术各监测断面预拱度相对较大,说明张拉后梁体可以得到更大的预拱度。智能张拉钢绞线伸长量与理论计算值最接近,说明智能张拉技术张拉准确率更好,张拉效果好。总之,通过与传统张拉技术进行对比分析,得出采用智能张拉可以得到更高的预拱度,张拉准确率更高,张拉效果好。
In order to determine the intelligent tensioning effect of prefabricated T-beams, the pre-camber of the beam and the elongation of the steel strands during the tensioning process were analyzed through experiments, and compared with the traditional tensioning technology. Through the analysis of the test data, the pre-camber of each monitoring section using intelligent tensioning technology is relatively large, indicating that the beam body can get a greater pre-camber after tensioning. The elongation of the smart tensile steel strand is the closest to the theoretical calculation value, indicating that the smart tensile technology has better tensile accuracy and better tensile effects. In a word, through comparative analysis with traditional tensioning technology, it is concluded that the use of intelligent tensioning can obtain higher pre-camber, the tensioning accuracy rate is higher, and the tensioning effect is better.
