烧结烟气超低排放改造工程节能分析

摘要 简要介绍了项目设计的基本内容,结合电力、焦炉煤气、高炉煤气等能源消费情况,从建设方案、工艺流程、生产系统工序能耗等方面,分析了该项目的节能效果,并提出了合理有效的节能措施和建议。项目实施后各项能耗指标均满足节能设计规范的要求。 This paper briefly introduced the basic content of the project design, combining with the power, coke oven, gas, blast furnace gas and other energy consumption situation, analyzed the energy-saving effect of the project from the construction scheme, process flow and production system process energy consumption and other aspects, and put forward reasonable and effective energy-saving measures and suggestions, after the implementation of the project, each energy consumption indicators all meet the requirements of energy-saving design specifications.
