摘要 为解决大型试验水池机电设备建设过程中,作为建设主体的建设单位,存在技术把关能力不足易造成质量缺陷、设备互相干扰、土建与设备配合不紧密、建设进度滞后等问题,重点阐述了机电设备建设过程中各个环节的注意事项,得出通过设立技术支撑机构、引入相关专业力量,明确具体工作职责,可以提高建设单位技术管理水平,提高项目管理、技术监督过程控制的质效的结论。 In order to solve problems in the construction of electromechanical equipment of large-scale test pool, as the construction unit of construction, including the quality defects, mutual interference of equipment, loose cooperation among the civil engineering and equipment, and lagging construction scheduling, which are caused by the deficient technical supervision, mainly illustrates the precautions in the construction of the large-scale test pools, and concludes that the establishment of technical support institutes, the introduction of relative professionals, and clarification of responsibilities can promote the technical management of the construction units and the quality and efficiency of the program management and technical supervision.
