摘要
自《危险废物填埋污染控制标准》(GB 18598—2019)颁布实施后,许多山谷型安全填埋场的场址条件因不能满足柔性填埋场的选址要求,只能建设为刚性填埋场。根据山谷型安全填埋场的场址特点,以及新标准对刚性填埋场的设计要求,结合某危险废物填埋处置项目,就刚性填埋场的总体布置、填埋单元设置等方面的设计进行了探讨。
Since the standard for pollution control of hazardous waste landfill(GB 18598—2019)was promulgated and implemented,many Valley type safe landfills can only be constructed as rigid landfills because their site conditions can not meet the site selection requirements of flexible landfills.This paper analyzes the site characteristics of valley type safe landfill,introduces the design requirements of the new standard for the rigid landfill,and discusses the design of the general layout and landfill unit setting of the rigid landfill combined with a hazardous waste landfill disposal project.
