跃层电梯在超高层建筑施工中的应用

Application of Thermocline Elevator in Super High-rise Building Construction

垂直运输不仅是支撑超高层建设成功的关键节点,也是建设过程中各类消防设施、安全逃生的重要保障。从垂直运输设备之一的施工电梯入手,对临时施工电梯与永久电梯相结合的新型电梯进行应用分析,从安装方式、提升工艺、工作原理、运营管理、永临转换、应用实效等方面开展研究,为类似超高层工程的垂直设施选用提供借鉴。

Vertical transportation is not only the key node to support the success of super high-rise construction,but also an important guarantee for all kinds of fire-fighting facilities and safe escape in the construction process.Starting with the construction elevator—one of the vertical transportation equipments,this paper analyzes the application of the new elevator which combines the temporary construction elevator and the permanent elevator,and carries out research from the aspects of installation mode,lifting process,working principle,operation management,permanent and temporary conversion,application effectiveness and so on,so as to provide reference for the selection of vertical facilities in similar super high-rise projects.
