运用三维重建与实时定位系统精确定位装配式构件

摘要 提高工程项目的装配率,能够节约材料,提高施工效率,实现精益建造。装配式施工期间,需有安装部件的定位信息,以及现有结构的几何情况。实时定位系统可用于跟踪组件的位置,而三维重建技术则能够还原现有结构几何情况。研究集成三维重建和实时定位系统的方法,以准确创建三维模型并跟踪组件,实现精确的装配式施工。提出在BIM平台上集成三维重建和RTLS系统的方法,并在施工现场对模块化项目进行案例研究,以讨论研究所提出方法的可行性。 Improving the fabricated rate of engineering projects can save materials, improve construction efficiency and realize fine construction. During the fabricated construction, the positioning information of the installation parts and the geometry of the existing structure are required. The real-time positioning system can be used to track the position of components, while the three-dimensional reconstruction technology can restore the geometry of the existing structure.The method of integrating 3D reconstruction and real-time positioning system is studied to accurately create 3D model and track components to realize accurate fabrication construction. A method of integrating 3D reconstruction and RTLS system on BIM platform is proposed, and a case study of modular project is carried out on the construction site to discuss the feasibility of the proposed method.
