Support-free Rapid Construction Technology for Main Structure of Prefabricated Workshop

摘要 在建筑工业化的时代背景下,传统轻钢结构体系厂房满足不了多楼层、重承载的基本需求,采用装配式混凝土结构的优势得以凸显。但通常装配式混凝土结构支撑体系施工繁杂,支撑架体搭设周期较长,在工程实践中不能很好地实现缩短建造周期、降本增效的目的。依托某一新型厂房项目,创新采用首层立模墩头柱+花篮叠合梁+SP预应力空心板的装配式结构体系进行施工,通过楼板自身优良的抗压性能及核心区独特的构造措施,免去首层结构梁板底部的支撑架体搭设,极大地缩短了工期,且在工程造价、质量可靠性和安全风险规避方面效果显著,在工程应用上取得了不错的成绩。 Under the background of construction industrialization,the traditional light steel structure workshop cannot meet the basic needs of multi floor and heavy load-bearing,and the advantage of adopting prefabricated concrete structure is highlighted.However,the construction of prefabricated concrete structure support system is usually complicated,and the erection period of support frame is longer.In engineering practice,the purpose of shortening construction period,reducing cost and increasing efficiency cannot be well realized.Based on a new workshop project,the prefabricated structural system of the first floor formwork pier head column+flower basket composite beam+SP prestressed hollow slab is innovatively adopted for construction.Through the excellent compressive performance of the floor and the unique structural measures in the core area,the erection of the support frame at the bottom of the first floor structural beam and slab is avoided,which greatly shortens the construction period,has remarkable effects in project cost,quality reliability and safety risk avoidance,and has achieved good results in engineering application.
