摘要
结合绿地山东国际金融中心工程,对顶升平台的模块化安装与智能化顶升施工技术进行了总结。工程顶升平台地面拼装,模块化吊装,智能化顶升,具有低位支撑、支点布置灵活、长行程、大质量、承载力高、适应性强、安全性高等特点,有效解决了核心筒狭小与大型设备布置空间不足的矛盾,降低了支撑体系穿墙对结构稳定的影响。通过创新采用双油缸设计,从根本上解决支撑箱梁偏位与扭转的问题,使支撑箱梁与核心筒墙体之间始终保持一定的安全距离,避免了剐蹭情况,保证了核心筒墙面的观感质量和顶升平台顺利运行。
Combined with Greenland Shandong International Financial Center project,the modular installation and intelligent jacking construction technology of jacking platform are summarized.The ground assembly,modular hoisting and intelligent jacking of the project jacking platform have the characteristics of low support,flexible fulcrum layout,long stroke,large mass,high bearing capacity,strong adaptability and high safety,which effectively solves the contradiction between the narrow core tube and the insufficient layout space of large equipment,and reduces the impact of the support system passing through the wall on the structural stability.Through the innovative use of double hydro-cylinder design,the problem of deflection and torsion of the support box girder is fundamentally solved.A certain safe distance can always be maintained between the support box girder and the core tube wall,which avoids scratching,and ensures the visual quality of the core tube wall and the smooth operation of the jacking platform.
