摘要
针对某高60 m的盘扣式作业脚手架结构安全问题,对作业脚手架进行计算特点和有限元模拟方法分析。按照3种不同搭设方案进行数值模拟和结构安全分析,经对比选出最优搭设方案。计算结果表明,最终确定的脚手架搭设方案安全可靠,在按不同控制要素分别计算脚手架在不同风荷载作用下的结构受力情况后,提出了相应加固措施。
Aiming at the structural safety of a 60 m high disc buckled scaffold,the calculation characteristics and finite element simulation method of the scaffold are analyzed.Numerical simulation and structural safety analysis are carried out according to three different erection schemes,and the optimal erection scheme is selected through comparison.The calculation results show that the final scaffold erection scheme is safe and reliable.After calculating the structural stress of the scaffold under different wind loads according to different control elements,the corresponding reinforcement measures are put forward.
