摘要
结合工程实际,对隧道盾构始发后需近距离穿越运营中的地铁隧道的施工技术进行了研究。通过合理划分施工控制段,采用高精度、高频率的自动化监测手段,根据监测数据及时、合理地调整施工参数,并采用微扰动注浆合理控制穿越后隧道的后期沉降,有效降低了盾构穿越施工对已建隧道的影响,确保了运营隧道的安全。
Combined with the engineering practice,the construction technology of metro tunnel that needs to pass through the operation in a short distance after initiation of tunnel shield is studied.By rationally dividing the construction control section,adopting high-precision and high-frequency automatic monitoring means,timely and reasonably adjusting the construction parameters according to the monitoring data,and using micro disturbance grouting to properly control the later settlement of the tunnel after crossing,the impact of shield crossing construction on the built tunnel is effectively reduced and the safety of the operating tunnel is ensured.
