摘要
基于地下建设污水处理厂的需要,提出一种适用于地下污水处理厂的新型装配式结构体系,该结构体系着重开发基于超高性能混凝土连接的钢板桁架双面叠合剪力墙以及大跨度倒T叠合板。通过采用理论分析结合数值模拟的方式,研究了该新型装配式结构体系的力学性能,揭示新型结构的受力机制。分析表明,该结构体系整体刚度和强度均能够满足设计规范要求,在工程中的首次应用效果良好,实现了构件轻量化、节点形式简单化、施工便捷化的效果,为类似工程提供了新的思路。
Based on the needs of underground sewage treatment plant construction,a new prefabricated structural system suitable for underground sewage treatment plant is proposed.The structural system focuses on the development of steel plate truss double-sided laminated shear wall and long-span inverted T laminated plate based on ultra-high performance concrete connection.By means of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the mechanical properties of the new prefabricated structural system are studied,and the stress mechanism of the new structure is revealed.The analysis shows that the overall stiffness and strength of the structural system can meet the requirements of the design code,and the first application in the project has a good effect,realizing the effect of lightweight components,simplified joint form,and convenient construction,which provides a new idea for similar projects.
