Analysis of Steel Structure Construction Mode of Freight Airport Transfer Center

结合湖北鄂州民用机场转运中心主楼工程,介绍了钢结构主体施工所采用的综合吊装双向退吊施工工艺,并阐述了体量大、工期紧,人材机投入密集的钢结构项目在吊装机械选型和吊装流程等方面需考虑的要素。工程实践证明,所采取的综合吊装双向退吊施工工艺较为先进,且安全可靠,施工组织安全合理,可为后续类似项目提供有益借鉴。

Combined with the main building project of Hubei Ezhou civil airport transfer center,this paper introduces the construction technology of comprehensive hoisting and two-way withdrawal hoisting used in the main construction of steel structure,and expounds the factors to be considered in the selection of hoisting machinery and hoisting process for the steel structure project with large volume,tight construction period and intensive investment of manpower,materials and machines.Engineering practice has proved that the comprehensive hoisting and two-way withdrawal hoisting construction technology adopted is relatively advanced,safe and reliable,and the construction organization is safe and reasonable,which can provide a useful reference for subsequent similar projects.
