结合具体工程实践,合理选择了绿色建筑评价配置,系统应用了透水铺装、雨水回用系统、绿化自动灌溉系统、公共空间照明节能、高效围护结构保温系统、LOW-E玻璃、遮阳系统、空调多联机系统、独立新风系统、末端直饮水系统、智能管家系统、BIM应用等多项技术,打造了集健康科技产品与绿色建造技术为一体的新一代绿色健康住宅典范,获得了中国绿色建筑三星级设计、美国健康建筑WELL金级、英国绿色建筑BREEAM GOOD级的认证。

Combined with the specific engineering practice,the evaluation configuration of green buildings is reasonably selected,and a number of technologies such as permeable pavement,rainwater reuse system,greening automatic irrigation system,public space lighting energy saving,efficient envelope insulation system,Low-E glass,sun-shading system,air conditioning multi connection system,independent fresh air ventilation system,terminal direct drinking water system,intelligent housekeeper system and BIM application are applied,which have created a new generation of green and healthy housing model integrating health science and technology products and green construction technology,and obtained the certification of three-star design of Chinese green building,WELL gold level of American health building and BREEAM GOOD level of British green building.
