摘要
为预测混凝土的弹性模量,探究混凝土各组分材料参数对弹性模量预测结果的影响,根据混凝土实际级配构建多边形随机骨料模型,通过原材料测试结果获取了数值计算时使用的材料参数,借助数值计算软件对混凝土的弹性模量进行了预测,并在上述预测方法的基础上,分析了骨料、砂浆的模量和泊松比对预测结果的影响。预测结果表明,采用多边形随机骨料模型更接近真实的混凝土细观结构,能够较为准确地预测混凝土弹性模量,可为项目工程的混凝土设计优化提供科学依据。
In order to predict the elastic modulus of concrete and explore the influence of material parameters of concrete components on the prediction results of elastic modulus,a polygonal random aggregate model is constructed according to the actual gradation of concrete.The material parameters used in numerical calculation are obtained through the test results of raw materials.The elastic modulus of concrete is predicted with the help of numerical calculation software.Based on the above prediction methods,the influences of the modulus of aggregate,mortar and Poisson’s ratio on the prediction results are analyzed.The prediction results show that the polygonal random aggregate model is closer to the real concrete meso-structure,which can accurately predict the concrete elastic modulus and provide a scientific basis for the concrete design optimization of the project.
