应力波无损检测木构件材质性能的影响因素

摘要 研究应力波无损检测木构件材质性能的影响因素,以有效地进行检测。以木材含水率、传感器测量间距、材料尺寸效应和传感器设置角度等因素为对象,设置单因素水平研究,检测应力波传播速度,并通过分析传播速度的变化,判断各因素对应力波在木材内部传播速度检测值的影响。结果表明,木材含水率、传感器测量间距和传感器设置角度对传播速度检测有影响,材料尺寸和敲击次数没有影响。 The influence factors of material properties of wood member in stress wave nondestructive testing are studied to carry out an effective testing.Taking the factors such as wood moisture content,sensor measurement spacing,material size effect and sensor setting angle as the object,set up a single factor level research to detect the propagation speed of stress wave,and judge the influence of each factor on the detection value of stress wave propagation speed in wood by analyzing the change of propagation speed.The results show that the moisture content of wood,the measurement spacing of sensors and the setting angle of sensors have an impact on the detection of propagation speed,while the material size and knocking times have no effect.
