Thinking and Discussion on Overall Management of EPC Project——Taking Shenzhen Haikou Guanlanhu Duty Free City Project as an Example

随着我国经济的快速增长,工程建设领域迅猛发展,EPC总承包管理模式因其具有简洁、高效、风险低等优势被越来越多的业主广泛应用到项目管理中。为了顺应这一趋势,快速抢占市场,EPC项目统筹管理也成为众多优秀建工企业的发展方向。基于此,以深免海口观澜湖免税城工程(EPC)为例,总结了该项目的管理要点,并对不足之处进行分析与探讨,希望为探索出有特色的EPC项目管理模式提供思路。

With the rapid growth of China’s economy and the rapid development of engineering construction,EPC general contracting management mode is widely used in project management by increasing owners because of its advantages of simplicity,efficiency and low risk.In order to comply with this trend and quickly seize the market,EPC project overall management has also become the development direction of many excellent construction enterprises.Based on this,taking the Shenzhen Haikou Guanlanhu duty free city project(EPC)as an example,this paper summarizes the management points of the project,analyzes and discusses the deficiencies,and hopes to provide ideas for exploring a unique EPC project management mode.
