摘要
对当前大多国有企业员工激励体系进行了解分析,并根据相关激励理论的研究和启示及作者所在企业的实践经验,从薪酬激励、文化激励、平台激励三个方面构建“三位一体”的员工激励体系,并提出具体的改进举措。“三位一体”激励体系相辅相成,符合需求层次理论各阶段需求,更加贴合国有企业员工的实际需要,能更好地激发员工内生动力,构建员工与企业的命运共同体,为推动国有企业高质量发展提供坚实的人才保证。
This paper examines and analyzes the current employee incentive system of most state-owned enterprises,and according to the research and enlightenment of relevant incentive theories and the practical experience of the author’s enterprise,constructs a"Trinity"employee incentive system from three aspects:salary incentive,cultural incentive and platform incentive,and puts forward specific improvement measures.The"Trinity"incentive system complements each other,meets the needs of all stages of the demand hierarchy theory,more conforms to the actual needs of employees in state-owned enterprises,can better stimulate the endogenous motivation of employees,build a union of future between employees and enterprises,and provide a solid talent guarantee for promoting the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises.
