基础设施投资项目管理的实践与思考

Practice and Thinking of Infrastructure Investment Project Management

基础设施投资项目本身具有强投入、长期性以及高风险的属性,而基础设施投资项目的管理则更加复杂,管理过程具备动态性和系统性的特征,需要接受外部多维度、全方面的管理与监控,且管理要贯穿于投资项目的全过程,并结合投资企业的实际情况,在多次的实践与优化中,最终生成适合企业的项目管理办法,这样才能从根本上提升自身的投资管理能力。结合笔者的工作实践经验,在分析投资项目管理风险与原因的基础上,给出加强和巩固基础设施投资项目管理的有效建议以供参考。

Infrastructure investment project itself has the attributes of strong investment,long-term and high risk,while the management of infrastructure investment project is more complex.The management process has the characteristics of being dynamic and systematic.It needs to accept external multi-dimensional and all-round management and monitoring,and the management should run through the whole process of the investment project,combined with the actual situation of the investment enterprise,in many times of practice and optimization.Finally,a project management method suitable for enterprises will be generated,so as to fundamentally improve their own investment management ability.Combined with the author’s practical experience and based on the analysis of the risks and causes of investment project management,this paper gives effective suggestions to strengthen and consolidate infrastructure investment project management for reference.
