从企业建立对外私募股权投资基金量化评价体系实际出发,通过设计合理评价指标和统一评分系统,客观展现各基金市场表现及基金管理人的募资能力、项目投资、管理水平、退出表现、合作协同等,横向比较所投基金的整体表现,使用多维度、全方位考评方式对基金进行量化评估。通过建立量化评价体系,加强基金投后管理,全面考察业绩归因,积累基金投资经验。同时也可以规范基金投资依据,通过对拟投基金进行模拟评价以作为投资决策的重要参考依据。

Starting from the fact that enterprises establish a quantitative evaluation system for international private equity investment funds,through the design of reasonable evaluation indicators and unified scoring system,this work objectively shows the market performance of each fund and the fund manager’s fund-raising ability,project investment,management level,exit performance,cooperation and coordination,horizontally compare the overall performance of the invested funds,and use multi-dimensional and all-round evaluation methods to quantitatively evaluate the funds.By establishing a quantitative evaluation system,strengthen fund post investment management,comprehensively investigate performance attribution and accumulate fund investment experience.At the same time,it can also standardize the investment basis of the fund,and take the simulation evaluation of the proposed fund as an important reference basis for investment decision-making.
