摘要
龙王沟煤矿61610工作面初采期间顶板坚硬,采空区悬顶面积大,制约工作面安全回采。对工作面切巷顶板提出了高压水力压裂技术,通过水压致裂使工作面顶板软化、分割压裂,从而破坏顶煤顶板稳定性,降低岩体强度。实际应用效果表明:工作面顶板采用水力压裂技术后,工作面初采期间基本顶来压步距缩短了35.7 m,初采期间实现了基本顶充分垮落,达到了预期效果。
During the initial mining period of the 61610 working face in Longwanggou Coal Mine,the roof is hard and the hanging roof area of goaf is large,which restricts the safe mining of the working face.The high pressure hydraulic fracturing technology is put forward for the cutting roadway roof of the working face,which softens the roof of the working face and divides the fracturing by hydraulic fracturing,so as to destroy the stability of the top coal roof and reduce the strength of the rock mass.The practical application results show that after the hydraulic fracturing technology is adopted in the roof of the working face,the step distance of the basic roof during the initial mining of the working face is shortened by 35.7 m,the full collapse of the basic roof is achieved during the initial mining,and the expected effect is achieved.
